Damaged parts that are replaced during repair become the property of Seacam. Should the client wish to receive the replaced parts (i.e. for use of conservation of evidence for an insurance certificate), the customer needs to communicate this at the latest when sending in the damaged device. If returned devices are repaired or not repaired according to the customer´s demand or was a repair not possible, they will be returned to the customer at the customer´s own expense. In case the return delivery is not possible or not desired by the customer, the devices are available for pick-up during our office hours for three months. After that they are either disposed of at the customer´s expense or used by us to cover our costs.
