"My flash arm fails to keep my flash in position - what can I do?"

Our patented fastening system is made from a friction joint construction. A friction lining clamps the aluminum balls in position more or less tightly depending on the position of the locking screw. With the locking screw, an adjustable tilt lever, you can determine the tightness from soft to tight continuously. If the friction lining no longer holds the aluminum balls it is a sign for grease having entered the ball socket. You should therefore regularly clean the balls with a Scotch Brite sponge and the ball socket with a thinner such as alcohol, acetone or cellulose thinner.
