Discovering
the world of Leica.
Photographer, expedition leader and environmentalist: Marc Stickler is always up for a new project. And that’s exactly how the first SEACAM housing for the Leica SL2 and SL2‑S was created in 2022. Here you can find out more about our passionate and big-hearted Austrian Ambassador, his work and the first SEACAM housing for Leica.

Behind
the lens.
For Salzburg-based photographer Marc Stickler, it is emotions that connect people and animals. With his work and commitment to nature, conservation and social issues, he creates a connection between true emotions and the appreciation for our world. Marc is convinced: What you love, you protect.

Successful
cooperation.
Those who know Marc know that he always has a new project, concept or idea up his sleeve. We were able to make one come to life together – so the first SEACAM housing for the Leica SL2 and SL2‑S was created in cooperation with Leica in 2022.

Always
passionate at work.
Marc’s pictures really are an expression of his personality. Because through his work, photo workshops and lectures he wants to convey exactly what makes Marc, well, Marc: namely, joie de vivre, positivity and attention to detail. He curiously explores dive sites worldwide — always with the aim of showing and documenting respect for nature and its inhabitants.
SEACAM silver
LEICA SL2 and SL2‑S.
As a Leica ambassador, Marc already knows that the SL2 and SL2‑S are in a league of their own. From now on there is also a perfectly adapted SEACAM silver housing with all functions and ergonomic usability a combination that now also guarantees the performance of the Leica system under water.
Shooting a Leica in a SEACAM housing is a life-changing experience for photographers worldwide.

On the road
with Leica.
As a professional photographer, it’s important to Marc to capture unique moments with his camera and to tell a story with every picture. But for some time now he hasn’t only been traveling alone, but also wants to bring the beauty of nature closer to interested people in photo safaris.

Discovering
new worlds.
Marc uses his camera as a tool for conservation, documentation and education at the same time. In lectures, workshops and on his travels, he works every day to raise people’s awareness and create more appreciation for nature and its inhabitants.
